We like to stay quirky and irreverent around here. And when I say we, I mean myself, and these lovely women who contribute smashing columns regularly:

Libby Alexander is a Chicago-based design blogger, freelancer, and co-founder of the modern pop-up flea market, The Vintage Bazaar. When she’s not producing pop-ups, she analyzes Lifetime movies and hunts for the perfect blanket-like sweater. Libby curates MixKind.

Pacific Northwest resident Laura Burkhart splits her days pursuing interior design, painting, graphic design and jewelry making. She’s a firm believer in the transformative effects of gold spray paint. Laura can be found daily at The Daylight and authors Artful Interiors.
Kelsey Cronkhite is a graphic designer who curates her journey as a creative at Pinegate Road. She resides in the historic city of Savannah where she spends time taking pictures of food and soaking in the vintage inspiration that surrounds her. She authors TypoGraphic.
Kristen Gregg is a weaver of design, names, and slices of life at Marginamia. She is frequently scouting the perfect wool blankets for cloud gazing with her two girls, painting faces with mud, and conjuring tales of bear queens and plum forests. Kristen authors Bookmarkable.
Joanna Hawley is the curator behind WanderLust and enjoys her days designing home products for Anthropologie. She spends her spare time exploring her new home of Philadelphia, pouring over fashion spreads, and dreaming of the next time she can be atop a mountain.
Life and business coach, Tiffany Moore spends her time helping people infusing more sparkle into their world. She’s a firm believer in the power of too-loud laughter, dance parties and glitter and thinks that giraffes are magical. Tiffany authors Life Design 101.
Laura Parke is an optimist who favors sunny days and endless crafting afternoons. With a penchant for all things sweet, she believes a bowl of ice cream is a perfectly suitable dinner option. Laura can be found at A Girl Who Makes and contributes to MakeKind.

Maggie Ryan, author of Artistic Apparel, is an interior designer. By night, she can be found designing posts for her blog Very Pretty, Please and collaborating as co-founder of Mint, a wedding styling and vintage rental company. In her spare time, she dreams of European adventures.

Kimberly Stapleton lives in the land of Portlandia, soaking up every bit of art and irony daily.  When she’s not staging and styling vacation rentals, you can find her rocking out to bluegrass, creating sculptures from the Oregon wilderness and perfecting her pinball skills. Kimberly authors Pattern Play.

Christine Wisnieski is a graphic designer/art director in Cleveland who loves to create work that is colorful, fun and warm. When not designing, she’s baking bread, eating local and crafting her line of newly launched paper goods. Christine contributes to MakeKind.
